There are several gulf front restaurants within walking distance to enjoy spectacular sunsets, and it is just a short drive to Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard! Close by are many fun activities, including world class fishing, golf courses, state parks, dolphin cruises, boating, parasailing, jet-ski and paddle board rentals and water park. Also within walking distance are grocery and souvenir stores plus hiking/bike trail along the Scenic Route 98.

Our unit offers partial gulf views from both the balcony and the bedrooms.
Our condo is a 3 bedroom/2 baths unit which comfortably sleeps 9, bring the family! Master bedroom features king sized bed, large screen 48' LCD TV and blue ray, private luxury bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower and travertine tile. Second bedroom has queen sized bed, 40' flat screen TV and blu-ray player. Third bedroom is furnished with full sized bed with twin trundle. Each bedroom features a walk in closet, flat screen TV and blu-ray player.
Our unit has many upscale amenities, such as easy elevator access, hardwood floors, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 55' flat screen smart TV with blu-ray player in the living room, Cable TV, free high speed internet, coastal décor, Simmons mattresses in all bedrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer.
